When an LEA signs one or multiple agreements, a "Process" message will no longer appear. Instead, an alert will appear in the top right corner showing the status of each signed contract consecutively. Canceling a request for apps that LEAs do not have a signed contract with will result in the removal of the app from the LEAs dashboard.
