Realtime Chat Support

LEAs are now able to chat with their service provider directly using the platform by clicking on the chat icon on the top of the screen. You will also be able to see your previous chat history up to 30 days

Added notifications and signature queue

When an LEA signs one or multiple agreements, a "Process" message will no longer appear. Instead, an alert will appear in the top right corner showing the status of each signed contract consecutively. Users are able to navigate freely throughout the platform without disrupting contract processing and a notification is sent to the dashboard when a contract was successfully processed.

Designated Member Labels

Vendor Unresponsive/Vendor Refused E-mails

E-mails are now sent to all requesting LEAs when a vendor either refuses to sign an agreement or if the vendor is deemed unresponsive by your service provider

View Only Roles

LEAs can now assign view only roles that allow members to search and view for apps, but are not able to request anything on behalf of the LEA

Daily Digest E-mail Fixes

Cleaned up the daily digest e-mails to be more concise and prevented duplicates. Also fixed an issue where activity logs were being duplicated on e-mails if an LEA canceled an app request and then re-requested it immediately

View Originating Agreements

LEAs are once again able to view the originating agreement when countersigning an Exhibit E document, not just the Exhibit E itself

Request Timeline

LEAS are now able to see the timeline of the status updates for each request starting from the point where they initially request it. This will include updates such as the status of the vendor agreement, when the LEA signs, when the vendor renews, etc

Saved Signatures and Text Signatures Added

LEAs can now optionally save their signatures for future use. A text signature option is also available that will imply consent by applying a cursive font signature to a contract

Added No Longer In Use

Released on May 11th, 2023

Canceling a request for apps that LEAs do not have a signed contract with will result in the removal of the app from the LEAs dashboard. However, if the LEA already has an active contract with the app, the contract will remain active but the app will be moved to the "No Longer In Use" section of the app manager until either the LEA re-requests the app or the app contract expires.

Customizable Grade Level, Content Area, and Notes

With each app, LEAs are now able to override the vendor-controlled usage guidelines and specify what apps and content areas that the LEA is appropriate. A notes section is also added so LEAs can write additional notes which have the option to be displayed publicly using the embeddable website widget

Changed Request Action Button

Changed the app manager action button primary action to be request and added a dropdown arrow to feature other actions such as viewing agreement, app, vendor, etc

Added CC Role
