Step 2: Provide Your LEA's Basic Information

Step 3: Enter ADA and Request a Quote

Average Daily Attendance (ADA): Input the ADA for your school to give us an understanding of its size.

Request a Quote (Optional): If you need a quote, you can request one during this step. The quote will be generated immediately, and you'll have the option to download it. A unique link will also be provided, allowing you to return to your sign-up process at any time, which is particularly helpful if the quote or approval process takes longer than expected.

Step 4: Assign Roles and Add Contacts

Contact Information and Roles: Next, you'll provide information about the person signing up, including the roles they will assume within the platform. You have the opportunity to add additional contacts and assign specific roles to these individuals as well. The available roles are designed to be intuitive and cover various aspects of managing data privacy within your LEA, including.

  • Edit Info/Roster: Update school information and student rosters

  • Sign DPAs: Authorize and sign data processing agreements.

  • Sign Service Agreement: Authorize and sign the service agreement.
